1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CryptoDice.win, including all related websites, applications, wallet-based login features, credits, game features, redemption features, and services offered by the operator of CryptoDice.win.

By accessing or using the application, connecting a wallet, signing an authentication message, purchasing or receiving credits, placing a wager, rolling dice, using auto-roll, requesting redemption, or otherwise interacting with the service, you agree to these Terms of Service, the User Agreement, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. Eligibility

You may use the application only if you are at least 18 years old, or older if the laws of your jurisdiction require a higher minimum age, and you are physically located in a jurisdiction where your use of the application is lawful and approved by us.

3. No Access from Prohibited Jurisdictions

You may not access or use the application from any jurisdiction where the application, dice games, wagering, sweepstakes, crypto transactions, wallet-based access, or redemption activity is prohibited, restricted, or requires licensing that we do not hold. You may not use VPNs, proxies, remote desktops, location-spoofing tools, or similar technologies to bypass jurisdiction restrictions.

4. Wallet Login and Authentication

The application uses wallet-based authentication. You may be asked to connect a compatible wallet and sign a message to prove control of the wallet address. Signing an authentication message does not by itself transfer crypto assets. You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, device security, and transaction approvals.

5. Credits, Game Play, and Redemptions

The application may use credits, balances, wager amounts, payouts, transaction logs, and redemption features. Credits are not bank deposits, stored value accounts, securities, or legal tender. We may change credit rules, minimums, maximums, fees, redemption limits, and availability at any time where permitted by law.

Redemptions, if available, may be subject to KYC, fraud screening, wallet-risk screening, jurisdiction review, minimum redemption thresholds, fees, blockchain network conditions, and manual review. We may deny, delay, reverse, or cancel a redemption if we believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform risk rules.

6. Game Integrity and Fairness

The application may use server seeds, client seeds, seed hashes, nonces, dice roll logs, payout tables, and fairness-related data. Fairness features are provided for transparency, but they do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or immunity from bugs, outages, or malicious activity.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the application if you are underage or located in a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Use false identity, inaccurate KYC information, or another person’s wallet.
• Use bots, scripts, exploits, automation, or unauthorized tools except features expressly offered by us.
• Exploit bugs, latency, pricing errors, payout errors, or redemption errors.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, attack, overload, scrape, or compromise the application.
• Use the application for money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, illegal gambling, or other unlawful activity.
• Bypass rate limits, geolocation controls, wallet-risk controls, or compliance checks.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the application at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, present legal or security risk, provided inaccurate information, attempted to bypass controls, engaged in suspicious activity, or used the application from a prohibited jurisdiction.

9. No Warranty

The application is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, error-free, or available in any particular jurisdiction. You use the application at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost credits, loss of crypto assets, wallet compromise, blockchain delays, failed transactions, or loss of data.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator of CryptoDice.win and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the application, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of a wallet.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
