User Agreement

1. Agreement to Use the Application Responsibly

This User Agreement describes the rules that apply when you use CryptoDice.win. By using the application, you agree that you are responsible for your own decisions, wallet security, legal compliance, game activity, credits, redemptions, and interactions with the application.

2. Age and Jurisdiction Certification

You certify that you are at least 18 years old, or older if required by your jurisdiction. You also certify that you are physically located in an approved jurisdiction where your use of the application is lawful.

You agree not to use the application from a prohibited jurisdiction and not to conceal or misrepresent your location, age, identity, wallet ownership, or eligibility.

3. Wallet Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any wallet you connect to the application. We cannot recover your private keys, seed phrase, wallet access, lost funds, unauthorized wallet activity, or mistaken blockchain transfers.

4. Authentication by Signature

You may be required to sign a message to authenticate. You agree that a valid signature from your connected wallet may be treated as evidence that you control that wallet for purposes of login, activity attribution, and legal acceptance records.

5. Game Activity

You understand that dice outcomes involve chance. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. You are responsible for selecting mode, total, bet amount, auto-roll usage, and other game settings before submitting a roll.

6. Auto-Roll

If you use auto-roll, you authorize the application to continue submitting rolls using the settings you selected until auto-roll stops, your balance is insufficient, a rate limit applies, an error occurs, or you disable it. You are responsible for monitoring auto-roll activity.

7. Credits and Balance

Credits and displayed balances are application records. We may adjust balances to correct errors, enforce rules, investigate suspicious activity, comply with law, or address security incidents.

8. Redemption Requests

Redemption requests are subject to review and approval. You agree that we may collect and review wallet address, destination wallet, credit amount, fee amount, net value, SOL conversion data, transaction signatures, IP address, user agent, session identifiers, and other risk or compliance information before processing a redemption.

9. KYC and Compliance Checks

We may require identity verification, age verification, jurisdiction verification, source-of-funds review, sanctions screening, fraud review, or other compliance checks before allowing access, gameplay, purchases, or redemptions. Failure to complete requested checks may result in restricted access or denied redemption.

10. Errors, Exploits, and Abuse

You agree not to exploit bugs, payout errors, balance errors, fairness-seed errors, API errors, race conditions, stale prices, or user-interface defects. If you discover an error, you must stop using the affected feature and notify us.

11. Records

You agree that our server records, including authentication records, credit transaction logs, dice roll logs, redemption logs, balance records, fairness records, IP address logs, user-agent logs, and session records, may be used to resolve disputes, enforce rules, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

12. Responsible Use

Do not use the application if doing so causes financial, emotional, legal, or other harm. We may provide limits, blocks, cooldowns, or account restrictions, but you remain responsible for your own activity.
